A Miracle Path HomeCare representative will arrange to meet with you and/or your loved one in order develop a customized senior care plan tailored-made to your specific needs.

During the consultation, we will evaluate the senior’s current conditions, diet, physical activity, and overall state of well-being. We also address Caregiver preferences and will discuss the client’s opinion of the current situation. Together, we will create the perfect senior in home care plan that both parties are comfortable and happy with!
